Cooking
Wash and cut the beef slices
Sprinkle with salt and flavoured with spices meat
Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until lightly browned.
Prepare the sauce: cream, put on fire and bring to a boil

Once the cheese is dissolved, remove the mixture from heat and add mustard
Stir well, pour the sauce over the meat and simmer until cooked under a lid. Very tasty! Savory!
