Cherry pork
Offer a recipe of Georgian cuisine, a bit unusual but very successful combination of pig and cherries!!! When I saw the recipe, was a little hesitant, but curiosity prevailed, and was highly rewarded!!!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Cherry

    150 g

  • Vinegar

    70 ml

  • Sauce-marinade

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Meat cut across the grain, 1 cm thick. Satsebeli mix, mayonnaise, garlic ( using a garlic crusher)

Meat put on a baking sheet, oiled ( well, if you have baking paper on it). Put into the oven 200 degrees for 20 minutes, allow the meat to brown but not to brown

Take out the meat and put it on table spoon of cherries, pour vinegar ( which cherry marinated). Put into the oven for 7-10 minutes Literally to cherry "grabbed" but not fried
