Tender kebab from Eduard
On the website many recipes for kebabs and I was not able to go through everything, but decided to put his version. This recipe was given to my dad from his friend, a Georgian, later experience took over my brother and then me. Try it!!!!

Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Citric acid
