Cookies with millet and persimmons
Soft and flavorful homemade cookies will delight children and adults. Great for Breakfast and lunch and as a snack during the day.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    0.333 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Margarine

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Persimmon

    2 piece

  • Salt

Prepare the products.

Measure out the required amount of millet. Wash it. Cook until tender in the water. Cool.

In a Cup put the sifted flour, salt, sugar, margarine and baking powder.

Grind with your hands (or a fork) until crumbs form.

Persimmon cut into small cubes.

The working test Cup of the crumbs add the millet, persimmon and 2 eggs.

Mix well. The dough is ready.

With a spoon spread the dough on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, at a small distance from each other. Put the pan in the preheated oven.

Bake 25-35 minutes at 160-180 degrees.
