Duck baked with mushrooms in cream sauce
Delicious, fragrant and tender duck with an equally flavorful sauce with rice aquatics!

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Tomato

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    8 piece

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Fennel

    1 g

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 g

  • Paprika sweet

    1 g

  • Garlic powder

    1 g

Cooking

Cook rice according to instructions on the package;

Pieces season the duck with salt, pepper, chilli pepper;

In a baking dish place the tomatoes (sliced), salt, sprinkle with fennel;

On tomatoes to lay out a duck;

Spread sliced mushrooms;

Add cut in half (lengthwise) cucumber;

Pour over the cream, lightly salt;

Sprinkle with garlic and paprika;

Continue to bake (I used multipiece, preheated to 170 degrees, but can be similar to cooking and d/W) at 170 degrees for 20 minutes and at 150 degrees for 10 minutes;
