Pie with pears and lentils
The recipe for this cake was born by accident! My assistant instead of a Cup of raisins poured into the batter a Cup of lentils, which were waiting for their turn ( I wanted to make a salad). Thought that all was lost ( ( ( But... it Turned out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    0.25 cup

  • Ryazhenka

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Jam

Cooking

Prepare the products.

Wash the lentils, fill with cold water and cook until tender.

In a Cup put the softened margarine, sugar, baking powder. Add the egg. All mix well ( easier to do with a fork). Then add fermented baked milk. Mix well.

My pear, peeled and cut into cubes.

In a Cup add the chopped pear and 0.5 cups of boiled lentils. Stir. Add flour. Knead the dough.

Pour the dough in a deep form. Bake 30-35 minutes at 150-170 degrees. Cool. The top of the cake grease jam.
