Chocolate banana pancakes
Congratulations to all students - with the beginning of the school year! Good mood and energy throughout the day, the students will get with a full Breakfast! Cheese, oatmeal, almonds and egg contain the necessary elements of protein for the growing organism. Dietary fiber from oats, nuts and banana make a very hearty Breakfast and energized for the whole day!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 g

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Oil, rapeseed

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the egg, a pinch of salt and low-fat cottage cheese

Add liquid honey ( I prefer agave syrup)

Mix the cocoa, almonds and

Add instant oatmeal from "Mistral"

Knead everything together with a spoon until smooth

Ripe small banana cut into small dice

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Wet hands formed into patties (the size of each - 1-1,5 tablespoons) and put in hot oil
