Potato sauce
Greek hot sauce for fish, vegetables and bread. You can vary the beets, walnuts or almonds.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients. Boil the potatoes until tender ~20 minutes.

Garlic to clean. Slice, put in a food processor. Grind. Add to the oil. Beat.

Add the peeled and sliced potatoes, lemon juice, pepper, salt. Beat.

To shift the resulting sauce in a jar and leave for an hour to infuse.
