Cakes
I wanted to cook pies with cabbage, but cabbage in the house was not, but was Chinese. What happened - look.

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 pack

  • Cabbage Chinese

    1 plug

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The dough (I have frozen) to defrost. The eggs then boil it. Cabbage to wash.

Slice the cabbage crosswise slices, and slice in half (you can cut everything at once, I post for clarity)

Half krupicka slice parallel to the slice.

Sent the chopped cabbage in a heated pan with vegetable or olive oil.

Stew. Chinese cabbage cooked rather quickly, so after about 15 minutes add the cabbage, salt, pepper and butter (it is possible without it, but it tastes better).

Simmer for 10 more minutes and add the cabbage chopped eggs, stir everything and leave the contents of the pan to cool.

Then, as usual... Making the patties, spread them on a baking tray, the laid parchment paper (in my case the pies still had to stand for 20-30 minutes), grease the patties with soy sauce or egg (as you like) in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 200 degrees.
