Rice with mushrooms and beans
This easy to prepare recipe can be a side dish and a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    4 piece

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Chili

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the rice in lightly salted water until tender. Beans to be peeled. Wash the vegetables, peel and finely chop.

Fry finely chopped onion, mushrooms, celery and purified from the seeds of the tomato.

Add the beans, grated the peeled piece of ginger, finely chopped garlic.

Add the rice, season with salt and pepper, heat for a few minutes. Add a tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, finely chopped chili pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite greens.

I served with sliced into thin strips and fried until Golden brown chicken.
