This is my own recipe. Yes of course it's not a French dish but it was very tasty, as in France. I made it up, so I think its a Belarusian national dish. Very gentle, sweet and unusual. I suggest you try it with a sour sauce. It will be its acidity to complement the sweetness of this dish. Bon appetit. I hope you will love it.:)
For our dessert will need eggs, cheese, sugar, flour, vinegar, soda.
With a mixer beat 2 eggs until white.
Add the eggs, sugar and beat with a mixer.
Add to the mix all the cheese and beat until using sour cream.
Add to the mix all the flour and beat until using sour cream.
Add to the mixture the baking soda to extinguish it with vinegar. Beat. Add vanilla or cinnamon. Beat.
Grease the pan with sunflower oil. You can take any form as you like.
Pour into smazano form the entire mixture.
Bake our mixture in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. When the time to test your mixture. To pierce the dessert with a toothpick. If nothing is stuck it means it is ready and it can be dostopati.
