Lentils with sausages
Traditional dish of Spanish cuisine. Very nutritious, with a rich taste. Used for the preparation of chorizo and blood only the best quality.

  • Lentils

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • Potatoes

  • Zira

    1 pinch

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chorizo

    100 g

  • Sausages

    100 g

  • Ham

    100 g

The lentils soak for a few hours. Then put on the fire with sausages and a piece of dried ham (jamon). Cook for about 30 min.

At this time onion, garlic, carrot and green pepper cut into large chunks and fry in olive oil.

Add to the lentils.

Potatoes cut into big pieces and add to the pot.

Cook until the potatoes are done, doselevel, if required (ham and sausage are pretty salty), add ground cumin and paprika. Boil a few minutes, turn it off.
