Wild rice with mushrooms
The unusual combination of a mixture of parboiled and wild rice with mushrooms only complement each other. A real storehouse of vitamins. It's quick, easy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    150 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

In boiling salted water to fill the washed rice.

Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, at the end of the season butter.

Garlic peel and crush with a knife. In a heated pan add oil, crushed garlic. Lightly fry it on both sides, add the sliced mushrooms. Fry 5 minutes until browned. Then season with salt and pepper. Garlic cloves is now possible to remove.

Chop the parsley and add it to the cooked rice, mix well. Spread the rice on a dish and on top put the fried mushrooms. Bon appetit!
