Coulibiac
Soft, airy pie with cabbage filling with sausages eaten just to cheer both adults and children

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Prepare all products!

Pour milk and water in a bowl and heated no more than 40 degrees, otherwise the yeast will die. The mixture should be warm and add yeast, stir, add sugar and salt.

Add to the mixture 1 tablespoon of sifted flour and stir, remove heat for 15-20 minutes.

Add in the bowl the egg, oil and the sifted flour and knead well the dough

The finished dough grease hands with oil that is not dried up and put into heat for 40-50 minutes.

The finished dough divided into 2 parts, roll out and put in the middle the stuffing and wrap the edges (no Photo, as it was dirty and oily hands)

Remove the finished pie in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees
