Successfully passing the final exam, the third course in the College, I decided to celebrate with something special... something gentle, airy and chocolate. And this is what came of it. All sweet tooth-chocoholics hot chocolate Hello!

Cooking
In a bowl, mix both types of flour, vanilla and soda (or baking powder), mix well. Corn flour will give the dough a special lightness and, of course, the color of the sun.
In a bigger bowl beat the egg yolks with the icing sugar and salt. You can simple whisk. To the yolks add the cream and butter and whisk. Add zest to batter.
Liquid mass add 1/3 of the dry, stir with a spoon. Chocolate cut into pieces, add to batter, mix well. Bitter chocolate will taste better but I had a simple dark. Gradually pour the rest of the dry mixture, mix well. Hinder better than a spoon because the batter will be very thick.
Form for baking lay parchment. The size of the form - 25*15*4. Put the dough, flatten. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Be guided by your oven. Check with a toothpick. While baking the house filled with magical vanilla scent with a slight hint of orange dorayme...
Pie remove from oven, cool. Decorate as desired. I wanted more chocolate, so it was decided to prepare the frosting. In a saucepan on a water bath melt the chocolate and milk, add butter and all mix well. Pour the cooled pie. But this seemed to me a little! In the bag was missing sprinkles...
