delicious protein-rich dish, perfect for lent

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Pasta

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Saffron

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Boil pre-soaked chickpeas until soft

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until transparent

Add the garlic, ginger, saffron, fry for a few minutes

In a pot to shift the peas, add fried onion with garlic and ginger, add salt, pepper and 1/2 Cup water, stir

Tightly close the pot, place in oven and simmer on a slow fire about half an hour, the finished dish sprinkle with herbs and serve hot
