Cooking
Make the dough for manna: 1. Combine the semolina and yogurt and allow to stand for 15-20 minutes 2. Add 2 eggs to the dough mix. 3. Butter to melt and add to the dough. 4. Add sugar (most often writing about one Cup of sugar, but I think it's too so subtract the amount) 5. Add the sifted flour along with baking powder and knead a uniform dough.
Make filling: 6. Apples wash, peel, cut into slices without serdtsevidok. Then begin to caramelize the apples. Take a pan heat it and gently put the apples, slightly romanam them on a dry pan.
7. Dobavlen butter and slowly melt it together with the apples. When the apples will become slightly yellow, remove them from heat for 2-3 minutes and allow to cool and then put on the heat again and add the sugar. I do so because the sugar when placed directly on hot squaredo begins to burn, and in this way he gradually become caramelizing the apples, remove when they become slightly brown, because then you get in the oven. 8. The form for baking cover baking paper and spread the apples gently so as not collapsed. 9. Pour the dough, level and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. First heated on the bottom, then on the top.
Cook the lemon sauce: 10. In the remaining in the pan the caramel, add half of the lemon juice and a teaspoon of sugar and cook over very low heat. and remove when it becomes gentle brown.
11. Take manna, allow to cool in pan, then overturn onto a plate and carefully remove the paper. 12. Pour the cooled caramel manna.
Here is our manna of Apple and lemon with caramel. the original is caramel, no lemon, but for me something was missing some acidity and I decided to poeksperimentirovat and add it to the caramel when cooked. and I think it's much more interesting to taste.
