Almond-Apple cake with cinnamon
Interesting recipe without the dough. Quick and easy cake turns out moist and very flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

Toasted almond blend with a blender into crumbs.

In a bowl pour the flour, half Cup sugar, semolina and crushed almonds. Stir and set aside until aside.

3 apples peel and grate. Add to the apples the juice of half a lemon, cinnamon and half a Cup of sugar. Mix well.

In a baking dish pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Evenly distribute our bulk mixture.

Then put on top of Apple-cinnamon in mass. Then another layer of bulk mixture and apples. In the middle pour the greater part of dry mixture (!). The last layer of the granular mixture should be very thin.

In vegetable oil, quickly sauté the sliced apples, adding a couple tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon.

Put on top of pie, and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. On my cakes took about an hour, You're guided by your oven. Top of cake should be slightly mild flavor and dry. From myself I will add that it is better to bake in shape with low sides, so it bakes faster and is a little drier.
