Cooking
Heated the milk until warm.
Whisk 3 eggs with 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
Add salt on the tip of a knife and 3 table spoons of vegetable oil. Mix everything.
Add to the mix 2 ladle of the warm milk and baking soda on the tip of a knife. Stir.
Add to the mix 300 grams of sifted flour. Stir well to avoid lumps.
The resulting mixture pour in the remaining milk. Stir with a ladle or spoon. Leave for 10 minutes to stand up the mixture so all the ingredients are mixed.
Heat the frying pan and grease with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes. Do not forget to lubricate each finished pancake on one side with butter.
In the finished pancakes wrap a thin strip of cheese.
On top of the pancake spread the sliced bananas and pour condensed milk.
