Salad
Hearty, delicious salad of daikon, veal tongue and fried onions.

Ingredients

  • Daikon

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Beef tongue

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Radish to grate on a coarse grater.

Add boiled beef tongue, cut into strips.

To connect with the onion, previously cut into small pieces and fried in vegetable oil.

All mix, season with salt and pepper, dress with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped greens. Bon appetit!
