Risotto (ital. risotto) — a common dish of rice in Northern Italy. In fact, variants risotto a lot, the dish does not have the exact ingredients and ratio of ingredients. At the same time must respect removesthe consistency. I would like to offer this simple and homemade version of this dish.

Cooking
50 g butter melt over medium heat, add a medium chopped onion. Fry the onion (stirring constantly) for 2-3 min.
K Luke add well washed and dried rice, stirring constantly, fry for 2-3 min.
K onion-rice mixture, add broth, stirring constantly simmer until tender.
3 min until the rice is tender add mushrooms.
Cheese grate on medium grater, the remaining 50 g butter melt over low heat, oil add half of grated cheese and mix thoroughly, the resulting mixture being added to our risotto and stir.
Spread risotto on a dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese and immediately served to the table. That's all, Bon appetit.
