Pies with potatoes vegetable
Well, what Russian without cakes?:) Delicious and easy to prepare pies:-) I apologize in Advance for not very good photos) this is my first step by step recipe and I'm no photographer:-)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Take potatoes, peel, wash and cut into cubes, then put in a saucepan. Boil the kettle, pour the boiling water our potatoes have cook on medlen heat for 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and finely reedem onion (I dill)), roast until Golden brown.

When potatoes are cooked, drain the water in the bowl (SHE STILL NEED US, do NOT POUR!), and make puree. Salt, pepper, add oil and onions (or dill)).

While the filling cools take the paste. Measure out 0.5 liters of warm potato broth, dilute the yeast. Add the butter, salt and sugar. Now, while stirring, sift flour. Knead a soft dough and put in a warm place for 20-30min.

Now divide the dough into pieces the size of a hen's egg and formed patties. Cover with a towel and leave for 20min. Lubricating oil or tea and put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. Then leave for 10 minutes off the oven.
