Our family love the cupcakes, maniki and biscuits. I wanted to get away from the traditional design of the cake and to make something simple, but my - fabulous and unusual. It is done! With a mixer, beat the cream. In my case, it's condensed milk with butter. I like the Amateur shustoke-oil cream would have liked if it was more. But the rest seemed to cream at the time :) I Think another more suitable cream butter with sugar - it will be whiter and thicker.
Cut away the excess top, leaving only the platform for the hedgehog, and we coat it slightly with cream. Adults can be sprinkled with liqueur :)

Mix the crumbs with the cream (leaving 2-3 tablespoons of cream to further grease) and mix with hands until maximally homogeneous. For adult option, and begs the addition of liqueur :) If a hedgehog would be the biscuit, the hand-stirring will be enough. In the case of the cupcake or the manna, most likely, the dough will not be very homogeneous, lumpy or dry particles. In my case, it turned out, so I milled all of this cream-a test ground in a food processor until homogeneous :)

We take the seeds and methodically, row by row, insert them in the back forming needle-like layer. I thought I was gonna need a thread to pull the series, which will insert the seeds. It turned out, more or less exactly, you can insert and without pointers :)
