Mjaddara puree of lentils with rice
Delicious and healthy lentil dish. Neobychnym taste will appeal to everyone. A puree you sure you haven't eaten yet!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Spices

  • Lentils

  • Figure

  • Onion

Cooking

cook the lentils until tender

Boil the rice until cooked

Ready lentils will rastolchem and passed through a sieve to separate the skins (you can just mash until mushy state without removal of skins. I do that sometimes, when there is no time.)

Make the onion sauté in olive oil. Fry until brown color.

Mix all the ingredients: mashed lentils + roasting + rice + salt and spices.

Allow to boil and poured into plates.
