Skewers of liver turkeys
Very tender and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

In a deep bowl place the washed Turkey liver (cut into pieces), it is cut into rings (half-rings) onion + herbs + spices + garlic through a press + mayonnaise.

Mix well and leave to marinate in the cold for 30 minutes.

Took a wooden Emporiki and strung them on the liver, alternating with slices of tomato.

In a cold oven in refractory form put the skewers as shown in the photo. Turned on 180 gr. for 30 minutes.
