Plum to touch, remove the seeds and lightly fried with butter with mustard and ginger, remove from heat.
Slice the breast and fry.
Plums put into a blender and blend, pour the sauce over the breast, add salt, sugar, pepper, orange zest, soy sauce and simmer until tender.
