Vegetable tortilla with vegetables
Very juicy and tasty pita with various vegetables (any on your taste). Vegetables give meatless tortilla softness, juiciness and flavor.

Ingredients

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Yeast

    4 g

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetables

    350 g

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead yeast dough. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour.

Take any vegetables that you love. Lightly fry.

The dough is pressed by hand to the pan.
