Description

Citrus pie
Fragrant and delicious cake, with the juice and peel of citrus, made from several types of flour-corn, rice, wheat. Serve with lemon syrup, jam, ice cream. You can cover a lemon icing, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Design options are many.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    110 g

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Zest of grapefruit

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    40 ml

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    50 ml

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Corn flour

    45 g

  • Rice flour

    110 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    30 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

In a bowl put the sugar.

Add to sugar zest of citrus.

Squeeze orange juice ( I squeezed by hand).

Squeeze the juice of grapefruit.

Add freshly squeezed juices to the sugar.

Add to sugar-citrus mix olive oil, egg, mix well.

Add the yogurt, mix well.

Mix in another bowl all the flours, starches and soda.

Connect loose a lot of liquid.

Stir until smooth.

Put the dough in a greased form ( I have a detachable 26 cm in diameter).

Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

Before serving decorate with lemon balm and pour the lemon syrup.
