Cooking
Prepare the products.
Rinse the lentils, pour 1 Cup of water and cook until tender. You should get a thick porridge-mash. Cool.
Working in a Cup pour the flour, 0.5 St. sugar, vanillin, leavening agent. Add the margarine. Grind into crumbs. Add the cocoa. Stir. Then put lentil porridge, mashed potatoes, egg yolks and 200 gr. cream. All mix well. The dough is ready.
Prepare the filling. In a Cup put the cheese, remaining sugar, 200gr. sour cream, couscous ( semolina can ), egg whites (whisk). Mix well.
In a deep form, pour the dough, pushing it to the edges of the shape. In the center pour the curd. Put in preheated oven. Bake 30-40 minutes at 150-170 degrees. Let cool and chop.
Served our cake, adding berries out of a jam.
