Cooking
Onions and two kinds of pepper, finely chop.
Shrimp I cooked in salted water without added spices. Shrimp recline on a sieve so that the liquid is glass, and the shrimp have cooled slightly. Then put the shrimp in the bowl of a blender, add white rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar. All grind to a paste.
In a pan heat the oil. Saute onion and pepper for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add soy sauce TM Kikkoman..
Add the peeled canned tomatoes, sugar, season with a little salt. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the sauce over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Turn off the heat and beat in the sauce of shrimp paste.
The sauce is ready. What's next?... And that's it! :)
I have in the freezer waiting in the wings meatballs that I had prepared, having passed through a meat grinder two kinds of meat - pork and beef and onions. The meat I seasoned with salt, paprika and black pepper, added the breadcrumbs and give the meat to infuse in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then sformula small meatballs and froze them. And now I can fry them until cooked in a frying pan with vegetable oil. While the meatballs are fried, put the water in a large saucepan, add a couple pinches of salt, bring water to a boil and cook the rice noodles follow the instructions on the package.
Left to serve the dish. To do this, place the bowl of rice noodles, top with a generous portion of Sriracha, a few roasted meatballs. And decorate this beauty fresh greens.
