Easter hot cross buns-baby
At Easter many Housewives bake cakes for their proprietary recipes. I suggest your own version. The only difference is that the size of the cakes is much less traditional. Very convenient, especially if you have children. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Candied

    100 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Cooking

Prepare the products.

In a Cup pour 0.5 cups of warm water. Add 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast "SAF-Moment". Stir.

Then add half of the cooked flour. Knead the dough. Roll into a ball. Pour in a Cup of warm water and drop in it our ball of dough. Leave for 20 - 25 minutes.

In a Cup sift the remaining flour, add sugar, melted butter, milk. Mix well. Then add the eggs. Mix well. Add the zest of half a lemon, chopped candied fruit and raisins. Stir.

Back to our dough - ball. The dough floated in the water.

Take the dough out of the water. Add it to the dough candied fruits, raisins and zest. Mix well.

Form grease with vegetable oil. Put them in our dough, filling the forms half. Leave for 30 minutes. Bake for 20 minutes at 150-170 degrees.

While baked mud pies baby, make the frosting. Whisk the whites with sugar. Take out from the oven, our cakes; baby. Allow to cool a little. Lubricated with glaze and sprinkle of grit.
