Cooking Easter cake for me is not just a cooking process, and a certain mystery. Therefore, the recipe I used one which was used by my grandmother and mother. For this recipe the cake always turns out special. (fragrant, delicious, ruddy). But due to the large fat content, the dough does not get stale for a very long time.

Before you start to bake the cake you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients and a large capacity for kneading the dough. First put the yeast mixture. To do this in a large pot, mix warm milk, yeast, two spoons of sugar and Cup of flour. Cover with a towel, but don't cover (should be the air) and leave in a warm place for 1 hour
After one hour is added to the dough whipped with sugar yolks and the remaining sifted flour. Leave for another 1 hour.
Dried fruits, finely chop and together with the raisins soaked in water. Butter melts to a liquid state.
Add to the dough dried fruit, butter, vanilla, nutmeg, sour cream. All knead well and again leave to approach the dough for 1 hour
Grease the baking forms and put them in the dough. The oven strongly heated and sent to her cakes. Bake for an hour at a temperature of 170 degrees.
While preparing the cakes, prepare the fondant. Mix the two proteins and sugar with a mixer.
