Lemon-soy sauce
I want to offer you an unusual recipe of lemon sauce. It is perfect for meat, fish, and can also be used as a dressing for vegetable salads.

Ingredients

  • Water

    200 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    2 tsp

From lemon, squeeze 3 tablespoons juice. To obtain this amount of juice I needed 1 lemon medium size. If you want to completely homogeneous sauce, lemon juice, strain. I like pulp and I was not in a strained voice.

In a small saucepan, pour water (180 g) and bring to a boil. Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Lemon juice pour into a saucepan with water and sugar.

Pour 3 tbsp. tablespoons of soy sauce Kikoman. Mix well.

In a small amount of water to dissolve 2 teaspoons of cornstarch. Stirring constantly, pour the dissolved starch in a thin stream. Bring the sauce to a boil and allow to writing a rolling boil for 1 minute. Pour into a jar and once completely cooled put into the refrigerator.
