This is my latest find. New interpretations of traditional pasta using soy sauce and marinade "Teriyaki". Turned out delicious, hearty dish with a new flavor. My men gave. Try?

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    450 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sauce-marinade

    1 Tbsp

  • Pasta

    225 g

  • Salt

Cooking

Onion peel and cut into cubes.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the mince until it changes colour. Add the onion. Cook together for 5 minutes. Pour soy sauce and sauce-marinade. Cook together for 10 minutes.

Pasta to boil in boiling salted water al dente. Drain the water. Mix the pasta with meat sauce in the pan. Warm up.
