The wells with jam puff pastry
Design options baking of the dough, the more flaky, a great many. I decided to offer a "wells" of puff pastry with fruit jam "Mahe". Quickly, easily and, most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Jam

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mac

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

I used ready puff pastry previously thawed on flour covered Board. For the filling, jams bought the trade mark "Maheev": orange, blueberry and lemon.

So, roll out the soft dough sheet to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Divide it lengthwise into 2 strips.

In order for the workpiece to "wells" were identical, square, bend angle lapped and cut him off. Work squares, folded twice, i.e. triangles.

Make cuts with a sharp knife, stepping back from the edge of 0.5-1 cm to the right angle, but not bringing the cut to the end (the photo shows).

Do the same thing on the other side.

Take cut off the ends, bring them to the centre and threaded through each other, rearrange them.

Align the edges slightly press them so they stick together a bit. That's what happens.

Put "wells" on a dry baking sheet. Grease them with the yolk in the center squeezing the jam, sprinkle to decorate the edges of the wells with poppy seeds or sesame seeds. I have used both.

Put the pan in a preheated 200 degree oven for 7-10 minutes until the appearance of a beautiful Golden color.

Sprinkle with our "wells" of powdered sugar, let cool and serve.

These are the "wells" with fruit filling I did. The children were very happy with my idea. A pleasant tea, Cooks!
