Description
In the Tuscan salad, the main flavor in the dressing. My family love this salad for many reasons-it's delicious, quickly prepared, besides, it pleases the eye with a riot of colors. I added to this salad and even the scent of smoke, and thanks to the chips of the culinary set Forester and light Smoking aroma. It was very interesting to taste and appearance-a kind of salad "striped" from the grill.

Cooking
To prepare the salad and dressing I made a flavored oil. To do this, 1 tablespoon of dry grill seasoning Forester pour vegetable oil and leave to infuse at room t for several hours or overnight. When oil rises, begin preparing the salad. Chips for podkoptit soak for 30 minutes in cold drinking water.
The coals spread the soaked wood chips to impart a smoked flavor to the dish. Baguette cut into slices. Each slice is lubricated from two sides fragrant oil and fry them on the grill on both sides.
Prepare the vegetables: two halves of pepper of different colors, onions cut in circles, is not yet separated into rings, cherry tomatoes cut in half.
