Description
Delicious eggplant caviar. For me, of course, a combination of pumpkin, eggplant and Apple charm, previously I was never able to try this caviar. To cook the eggs going in the oven, so it will not burn, will save time and effort (no need to stand at the stove and stir), is baked and very tasty. Be sure to sprinkle the eggs roasted walnuts and cilantro, very tasty, just impossible to put down! Caviar can be closed in a sterilized jar and enjoy it on cold winter evenings.

Cooking
The pumpkin and eggplant cut into small pieces. Put into a deep pan, do not stir! To the pumpkin add the chopped thick slices garlic, diced chopped Apple. To the eggplant add the diced onion.
All salt, fine pepper black ground pepper. Abundantly watered sunflower oil "IDEAL" mix of sunflower and olive oils.
Stir the vegetables (eggplants mixed with onions and pumpkin with Apple and garlic, but the pumpkin with eggplant not mix). Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
After time to get baking pan, mix all the vegetables.
Bake another 15 minutes at 190 deg.
Further eggs can be closed in a sterilized jar. Or cool and serve as appetizers. Be sure to sprinkle the eggs roasted walnuts and cilantro, very tasty, just impossible to put down!
