Apple-pear pie with poppy seeds
Fragrant juicy sweet pie on thin crust with plenty of toppings, with a slight caramel smell and taste. Ideal for cooking to the table while Apple's Saviour.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

First prepare the dough. RUB the butter with salt and sugar. One by one add yolks. Then pour the flour.

Until the dough will become smooth, soft and slightly sticky. Then leave it to "rest".

Cut thin slices of apples and pear.

Melt in the pan butter.

Add sugar, apples, pear, poppy. Simmer until soft (or until a light caramel effect) for 10-15 minutes.

Divide the dough into two parts.

One part roll out into a circle and place on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

Put the stuffing.

On top of the second part of the dough to make strips or bars.

Bake at 170°C for 30-40 minutes.
