Description
I represent to your attention a lovely, fragrant jam made from gooseberries, which is easy to prepare and which will delight you and your family. A similar recipe is on the site, but I have decided to offer the option since the recipe was exhibited in 2008, without step-by-step photos. I really wanted to give a little more life and color to this old, time-tested recipe. Fully rely on your opinion. Thanks scullion Valerian for the first printed version.

Cooking
Oranges and gooseberries washed the gooseberries cut "tails", the time spent on these actions, I have not included in the calculation. Pay attention to the color of gooseberry, it is maroon-purple, very showy.
Cut oranges into small pieces, removing in the process the bones, pay attention to clean the oranges don't, the crust adds a touch of flavor to the jam.
For grinding I used a blender, but it doesn't matter, you can use the grinder with a grate for vegetables and fruits.
The pelvis (can be a large pot) filled with berry puree.
And then portions of added sugar, each time stirring thoroughly several times, letting the sugar fully dissolve. If the last portion of sugar is not dissolved completely, then bring the jam, with constant stirring, to the boil and remove from heat, cool.
Jam decomposed into sterilized jars, close with plastic lid and store in the fridge.
