Really wanted today to file for Breakfast pancakes non-standard, and surprise your family with new taste. And you know is good! The pancakes were conceived yeast, and rightly so! I mix three kinds of flour, rye, corn and wheat. These pancakes (and most likely) the pancakes turned out a moderately dense, but tasty. The density is due to rye flour To raise test, I of course used the yeast (very small amount, just 1 teaspoon). These pancakes are certainly not "Vologda lace", a very successful but could be served with a red salted fish. I served with salad. Surprisingly, in the course of the day pancakes were eaten.
