No one in my family besides me does not like sea-buckthorn jam, so recipe in a home cooking book was not found! :-( Looked at favorite website and, to the great surprise not found! (it may, of course, bad looking :-) ) And, as always, helped me out a favorite aunt told me the secret of this DELICIOUS JAM IN the WORLD! Girls, do not swear, if this recipe is considered so simple that there is no point spread, but suddenly someone in the same way as I did not know how to cook sea-BUCKTHORN JAM, and then go to a favorite site, and here's the recipe! :-)
Cooking
Rinse the sea-buckthorn berries and pour sugar in the ratio 1:1 by volume. Leave for five hours, and at night, but then in a cold place.
Put on low fire and wait until dissolved all the sugar, this jam is better not to boil, and nutrients will be greater and the taste more interesting! :-) All ready it's a bright, helpful, sweet and sour delicious jam! Enjoy your drink!!!!!
