Description
The taste of buckwheat pancakes is quite different from ordinary wheat flour. I decided to make sweet and found them very suitable for stuffing!

Cooking
Mix buckwheat and wheat flour.
The milk is slightly heated, and dissolve in it the sugar, salt, soda and vanilla sugar.
Break the eggs. I have one because I did a half portion. And I poured all at once into the blender, so it was convenient to interfere.
Mix all, piece by piece adding flour. It turns out that kind of dough. It is quite liquid.
Add the vegetable oil. I had olive. Mix well.
Heat the skillet grease it with butter. Butter on pancakes is always delicious :)
And fry our pancakes. On a medium heat. Or small, if you slowly poured it in the pan. The dough is quite whimsical. Spreads worse than when you do normal pancakes. You need to have time to quickly smear it all over the pan. I leveled with a spatula to evenly it. He damn better to turn wide spatula, so as not to break. Each pancake, put on a plate and lightly grease with butter. They are then more elastic and delicious. Cover our pancakes film or bag, leave in a corner to wait for the filling :)
Chocolate melt in a water bath at the same time melting in another bowl cream butter. I threw a Pat of butter in the pan, still hot after pancakes. Pour a trickle of oil to the chocolate, stirring continuously. If the mixture is too thick, add water. I did not add it.
Pear cut arbitrary planar slices. Better to take a soft pear.
And stuffed with our pancakes!
Help yourself! :) You can decorate with powdered sugar or syrup. I had coconut and maple syrup.
