Manna with cheese and apples in a slow cooker
I prefer healthy food made in the home kitchen, and most importantly with soul and good. Culinary experience I have little but I always try learn something. Recently on the Internet read the recipe for cottage cheese pie with apples. Substituting some ingredients for healthier and less chlorine, I got a wonderful pie. I want to share my recipe. Per 100 grams: 170 calories, 6,98/5,57/22,85

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    190 g

  • Sunflower oil

    50 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    70 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Wash apples and cut into cubes (the skin I don't cut, leave benefits). Fill them with sugar and cinnamon and give a little stand to apples allocated to the juice and dissolved sugar. Mix the cheese, eggs, semolina, butter, yogurt and baking powder, add our apples, stir again.

The Cup multivarki lubricated with butter and pour it our the pulp. I decorated the top with Apple slices, which was well liked! Put the slow cooker in mode "Baking" for 60 min.

After disabling pastries, the slow cooker switches to warm, leave your cake in there for another 15 minutes without opening the cover. Get with the plastic shapes for roasting.

On top lightly sprinkle with cinnamon. The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
