Quiche with spinach, feta cheese and zucchini
I want to present this light vegetable pie on shortcrust pastry! Is incredibly fast, exudes wonderful aromas, and taste Airy, light and very very tasty! Even my husband is a big meat - eater was delighted with the cake and especially the fact that it without meat and it was soooo good! I recommend to everyone :)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Zucchini

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

    1 handful

To start prepare dough. To do this, mix the soft butter with the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and sour cream. Need the dough a good knead, it will be a smooth dough that is not too sticky. If it is going bad - add more sour cream if too sticky - flour. Dough knead well, roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

The oven on and heat it up to 180. Let's prepare the filling! Thawed spinach thoroughly wring out the liquid, put into a bowl. Add to it the broken/chopped cheese, cream, egg, nemnozhechko of salt (the cheese I salted, it's a precaution).

A good beat with a mixer all the ingredients, achieving a homogeneous mass. To the stuffing add finely chopped green onions, check for salt and mix well.

Slice zucchini cut into very thin slices. Remove dough and roll out between two sheets of parchment paper pretty thin (and easier to roll around and clean :)). Lay the dough into the pan, pressing to the sides, and the extra dough (if any) to remove. Prick with a fork the dough in the form in several places.

The filling put into pie to level. Arrange overlapping slices of zucchini, sprinkle with a little salt. Put our pie into a preheated oven!

35-40 minutes - the filling will have time to grab, and the dough is brown. Not peredergivaete the dough to brown.. it will be too brittle. 10 minutes before readiness sprinkle top of pie with grated Parmesan cheese!
