Cooking
1. Breast wash, dry incision the skin. Soy sauce mix with butter, honey, salt and pepper. Marinate in this mixture the breast for 15 minutes. Then one breast, lay skin-side down, on top lay the liver.
2. Cover with second breast and it is good to tie with cooking string.
