Skewers of potato pulp with a filling of fish with tomato paste.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Minced fish

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Allspice

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

Minced fish mixed with pepper to taste and nutmeg. Add Kikkoman soy sauce to your liking.

Add to fish forcemeat tomato paste, fried in olive oil the onions, and stir.

Boiled potatoes RUB on a grater and combine with sour cream. Into the potato mixture you can also add a little nutmeg.

Make a cake from potato pulp, in the center lay the fish in tomato sauce.

Carefully wrap the fish in the potatoes. I baked a kebab on a skewer in foil to retain the juiciness of the dish. Bake in the oven until tender, about 30 minutes at 180 degrees. At the end of cooking remove the foil and allow to stand for a dish in a hot oven for 5-7 minutes. Then served a hot dish to the table.
