Pork skewers in kvass
The result is a very juicy kebab, just incredibly juicy!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Brew

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

Put onion into blender

And grind

In the resulting onion puree, add black pepper and chilli (fresh chopped)

Now pour kvass. Brew, of course better to take a homemade, but if this is not possible then at least the barrel

Meat cut into pieces and put this marinade

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" to taste (I added 2 tbsp). Mix and leave to marinate for 6 hours (at night).
