Ingredients

  • Breast of Turkey

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

To prepare vegetable filling: grated on a coarse grater carrots, finely chopped celery and onion (onion cut into 4 parts and one to postpone for the meat) and garlic lightly fry in butter. Prepare the filling: wash the Turkey, remove the membranes, chop in a food processor along with the remaining onion, egg, spices and salt.
