Arabian pancakes with apples
Arabic pancakes "of Kataev", but in Russian style. Very tasty and familiar!!! Recipe taken from Internet, author Khlebnikova Irina.

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Yeast

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    5 piece

  • Butter

Cooking

Dilute yeast in water with sugar and leave for 5 minutes to "make friends".

To this mixture add milk, flour mixed with baking powder and mix well.

Leave for 20 minutes.

While the dough is resting, prepare the Apple filling. For the filling, finely cut apples and fry in small amount of butter until desired tenderness.

Add sugar to taste.

Chop the nuts and add to apples, leave to cool.

Bake pancakes on a nonstick pan with only one! side. Pour a small ladle of dough in the middle of the pan, the dough itself is a little spread out and it turns out damn. The indication of pancake – completely dried (no wet spots) the top layer.

The center isn't cooked side of the pancake, place Apple filling.

Bring the edges of the pancake to make a triangular bottom.

Ready pancakes with apples, brush with melted butter and place in a preheated 180 C oven for 5-6 minutes, until the pancakes are fried, but watch out!!!, not dry and not burnt.
