Cottage cheese pancakes
Pancakes are gentle and soft! Tastes similar to cheesecake. Suggest serve with sour cream or condensed milk

Ingredients

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    3 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Mix the milk, water and sugar Add the yeast SAF-time leave to swell for 10-15 minutes

Add all the remaining ingredients mix Thoroughly PS: if the cheese is not pressed, but it must RUB through a sieve

Bake pancakes. The pancakes are better upside down, they need to be thicker
